Mr. Machan has years of national engineering experience, with significant specialization in landslides, such as reconnaissance, investigation, instrumentation monitoring, analysis, evaluation of mitigation options, design, and construction advice/troubleshooting. In addition, he has provided peer reviews, forensic studies and expert opinions/testimony concerning landslides and slope stability. Landslide and transportation projects have been conducted for State DOT's, FHWA, and other
agencies/owners.
